- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup leeks, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (adjust to your preferred level of spiciness)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
- Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
